01AI Operations Assessment

Find the hours your business is losing every week.

76% of small businesses now use AI — but only 14% have it wired into how they actually operate.* The gap between those numbers is 5–10 hours a week of front-desk, review, and back-office work a machine should be doing. This assessment finds yours, prices them, and hands you a plan.

$1,250 flat, fixed scope 10 business days, call to walkthrough 3 spots per month
02What you get

Four deliverables. Zero ambiguity.

Built for owner-run businesses — the operator who runs payroll on Sunday night, chases leads between appointments, and hasn't taken a real day off since opening.

01

A 45-minute recorded discovery call

A structured walk through your front desk, phones, reviews, marketing, and back office. We ask about the boring stuff — that's where the hours hide. Recorded with your consent so nothing gets lost in the analysis.

02

A written assessment report

Every time drain we found, in your own words, with the hours it costs and what it's worth in dollars — arithmetic shown. Then 3–7 specific tools: what each does, what it costs monthly, and who on your team owns it.

03

A 30-minute walkthrough call

We walk the report together, page by page. You leave knowing exactly which two things to do first, what they cost, and what they return. No jargon, no homework you can't finish.

04

A 4-day quick-wins plan

Two of the recommendations will be implementable in four days, with no developer and nothing else to buy. Day-by-day instructions. This is the part the guarantee rides on.

03How it works

Call to walkthrough in ten business days.

01 — Discovery

The call.

45 minutes on your operations: phones, bookings, reviews, content, inventory, paperwork. You talk, we dig.

02 — Analysis

The work.

We map every pain point to specific, currently-available tools — pricing and claims verified against vendor docs before anything reaches your report.

03 — Delivery

The report.

Written report plus a 30-minute walkthrough. Effort-vs-impact matrix, conservative financial math, and your two quick wins flagged.

04 — Follow-through

The check-ins.

Day-4 call at the end of your quick-wins plan, day-30 review of hours actually recovered. We don't disappear after the invoice.

04The guarantee

Five hours back, or your money back.

Implement the 4-day quick-wins plan and recover at least 5 hours per week within 30 days — or we refund the full $1,250. If the honest analysis finds fewer than five recoverable hours, we tell you before the walkthrough and offer the refund ourselves.

  • Measured together on the day-30 review call
  • No fine-print exclusions — the terms fit in the report appendix
  • Limited to 3 assessments a month so every one gets this attention

05Why this

You've seen the other options.

Versus doing it yourself.

You've tried ChatGPT. This tells you which four tools to install Monday, what they cost, and what they're worth in hours — with the math shown.

Versus agencies.

Agencies sell you the build after you've diagnosed yourself. This sells the diagnosis — fixed price, fixed scope, yours to act on with anyone.

Versus consultants.

They won't get out of bed for under $10K, and they don't know what a missed call or a no-show actually costs you. This is priced and scoped for a real business, not a boardroom.

Straight talk

Sometimes the fix is something we build.

BuildFlo makes products of its own — an AI receptionist, a review-intelligence platform. When one of them is the honest answer to a problem we find, it appears in your report clearly labeled as ours, next to a credible third-party alternative with the trade-offs spelled out.

The same disclosure appears on the first page of every report and in the engagement agreement. The assessment is only worth $1,250 if you can trust every line of it.

06Questions

The fine print, out loud.

What happens to the recording of our call?
The transcript is used only to build your report. It's stored encrypted and deleted 30 days after delivery — that's written into the engagement agreement, not just this page. We ask for recording consent on the calendar invite and again at the top of the call.
We handle sensitive client information. Is that a problem?
We don't collect it — if sensitive details come up on the call, they don't enter the report. And where your industry is regulated (health information, for example), any tool we recommend must meet that bar — a charting tool that signs a Business Associate Agreement, and the report says why. Generalist auditors miss this line entirely.
What if you find fewer than five recoverable hours?
Then you'll hear it from us first. If the honest number is under the guarantee threshold, we say so before the walkthrough and offer the refund proactively. A padded report costs us more than a refund does.
Why only three spots a month?
Because the same engineers who run the assessments also build and maintain client systems. Three a month is what we can do at full attention — it's a real constraint, not a countdown timer.
Do I have to hire BuildFlo to implement the plan?
No. The quick-wins plan is specifically designed to need no developer and nothing else purchased. If the report surfaces bigger opportunities, we'll quote them if you ask — the report is yours either way, to act on with anyone.
